Ladderswood
Heathrow Cranes supplied three of our cranes in Ladderswood. One Terex CTL 140-10 and two Terex CTT121-5 helping to construct residential apartments for Mulalleys.
New Ladderswood LLP is a joint venture between Mulalley and One Housing Group, working in collaboration with the London Borough of Enfield. The development consists of 93 social houses, 56 shared ownership apartments and 368 privately owned properties.
The development is also comprised of 6 commercial units, an 85 bedroom hotel and new community centre.
